1. Introduction
Returning to one’s home environment isn’t easy for a number of reasons,
including how much you have changed, how much you understand these changes,
and how much your friends and family accept these changes. This of course
is magnified by how much Katrina changed your home. It’s important to take
time to consider what the particular frustrations are for you.
2. Changes at home exercise
This exercise gives you a chance to reflect on how you feel
right now as you are going through the readjustment process.

Home may have changed significantly for you-it is important to
recognize that it will take some time to adapt
completely. This experience will be one of many changes
you will undergo in life, and the new skills you have learned will only help you in the future.
